Past continuous tense
గతంలో ఒక సమయం నుండి మరొక సమయం వరకు కంటిన్యూగా జరుగుతూ ఉండిన కార్యకలాపాలను వివరించడానికి, ఈ Past continuous tense ని ఉపయోగిస్తారు.
ఫాస్ట్ కంటిన్యూస్ టెన్స్ లో సెంటెన్స్ ని రూపొందించడానికి.
He, She, It లకు Was + V1 + Ing + object.
I, We, You, They లకు Were + V1 + Ing
నెగిటివ్ సెంటెన్స్ కి was, were తర్వాత not ఉంచాలి.
ప్రశ్నా వాక్యాలలో was, were లను సబ్జెక్టుకు ముందు ఉంచితే సరిపోతుంది
1 Ongoing Action at a Specific Time in the past:
గతంలో ఒక ఖచ్చితమైన సమయంలో జరుగుతూ ఉండిన కార్యకలాపాలను వివరించడానికి, Past continuous tense ని ఉపయోగిస్తారు.
